Veteran American actor and comedian Pasquale Caputo better known as Pat Cooper was born on July 31, 1929, in New York City, New York, U.S. He was known for his appearances in The Howard Stern Show, Imus in the Morning, and Opie and Anthony. He also portrayed Masiello in the movie Analyze This and its sequel Analyze That.
His father’s name was Michael Caputo – a bricklayer from Mola di Bari, Italy and his mother, Louise Gargiulo was born in Brooklyn, New York. He started performing in the 1950s for primarily Italian-American audiences, and he often made reference to his Italian heritage in his stand up comedy routines.
His big break came in 1963 on The Jackie Gleason Show. Afterwards, he played top nightclubs such as the Copacabana, 500 Club, Latin Casino, Palumbo’s, Atlantic City and Las Vegas Hotels and casinos.

Pat Cooper breathed his last on June 6, 2023, at his Las Vegas home. He was age of 93. He was married three times, and had three children – two biological and one adopted, with five grandchildren – two grandsons and three granddaughters.
